Our Warwickshire based client are a premier Training and Consultancy company. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced ITIL IT Service Management Trainer and Consultant to join their team. You will deliver professional development solutions for their private and public sector clients.
Role Profile:
You will deliver training to clients who are predominantly based in the UK. There will be occasional international travel although this will be minimal. The client base is extremely varied and includes both the Public and the Private sector.
KEY SKILLS:
This course will enable delegates to:
Proven training skills as an ISEB / APMG accredited ITIL Trainer for an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) or as part of an internal training function.
ISEB accredited to deliver the following ITIL courses:
Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (version 2) and version 3, including Foundation Bridging would be desirable
Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management (version 2)
Be fully conversant in training delivery of the following non-accredited courses:
ITIL v2 Overview
ITIL v3 Overview
Consultancy experience in IT Service Management process assessment, redesign, implementation and healthcheck.
Courseware design and creation experience.
Experienced in delivering ITIL training and consultancy at all levels.
Proven experience of designing and delivering bespoke solutions.
Public and private sector experience.
PRINCE2 Practitioner / Soft skills training experience would be a distinct advantage
Commercially focused and flexible.
Self Motivated.
Excellent customer facing skills
Attention to detail.
Team player.
Other Requirements:
London based.
Willing to undertake frequent UK and some international travel.
